Purpose

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility by completing a variety of daily assigned tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the interior building with the ability to dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Clean up spills with proper equipment and providing appropriate safety signs.
• Notify manager of repairs and supplies needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Complete task in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Operate and maintain floor scrubber.
• Maintain 6S in all areas of the facility.
• Advise Supervisor of situations that may pose a significant risk to employee safety.
• Meets and maintains safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for assigned work area.
• Follow all:
• Company Policies.
• Good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
• Food safety management system policies and procedures.
• Sanitation procedures.
• Food safety management system policies and procedures to protect the Brand by providing extraordinary value through food safety and product quality.
