Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure code-compliant installations.
- Mentor and train apprentice electricians on best practices and safety.
- Operate machinery and tools including lifts, trenchers, and power equipment.
- Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and status reports.
- Ensure adherence to NEC and all safety regulations.
- Travel to job sites across Texas and assist with managing materials and labor needs.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas)
- Minimum 3 years of licensed electrical experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and troubleshooting
- Leadership ability and experience guiding apprentices
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Experience with various lifts and excavation equipment is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Comfort or familiarity with firearm safety is a plus
