Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure code-compliant installations.
  • Mentor and train apprentice electricians on best practices and safety.
  • Operate machinery and tools including lifts, trenchers, and power equipment.
  • Communicate with project managers and clients to ensure project expectations are met.
  • Maintain accurate job documentation and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to NEC and all safety regulations.
  • Travel to job sites across Texas and assist with managing materials and labor needs.

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas)
  • Minimum 3 years of licensed electrical experience
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and troubleshooting
  • Leadership ability and experience guiding apprentices
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Experience with various lifts and excavation equipment is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Comfort or familiarity with firearm safety is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Approximately 45-50 hours per week
  • Flexibility for project-specific needs

Work Location

  • Based in Texas - travel required to project sites
