What You’ll Do
- Make lots of outbound calls to find and connect with top talent
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Help keep our pipeline full of skilled HVAC and plumbing pros
- Keep organized records and follow up like a pro
- Partner with leadership to support hiring goals
- A great personality and positive attitude
- High drive and self-motivation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A love for being on the phone and making things happen
- Base salary of $50,000/year
- Monthly recruiting bonuses
