Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong professional relationships
• Assist in the development and execution of account strategies

• Track project progress and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client expectations
• Address and resolve client inquiries or concerns promptly

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
