Junior Data BI Analyst - #175102

Salary: $64,000 - $76,000 per annum

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of project experience.

What You'll Do:

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and provide clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a focus in business, economics, math, engineering, or analytics a plus. An advanced degree or certification is a further advantage.
• 1+ years of experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in interacting with various database and file storage systems (e.g., Oracle, Hadoop, NoSQL) and understanding of join types.
• Strong foundation in SQL, data manipulation languages.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts and analytic techniques (descriptive statistics, forecasting, economic modeling, exploratory analysis, variance analysis).
• Experience using Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, VBA, charts/graphs).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and systems thinking skills.
