About the Role:

STREAMLINE INDUSTRIAL GROUP is seeking a Junior Estimator to join our team in Shenandoah, TX. In this exciting role, you'll work closely with experienced professionals to develop accurate estimates and support our project teams in delivering top-notch service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for Material-Take-Offs (MTOs) of construction drawings for cable tray, grounding, lighting, cable, conduit, and instrumentation.
• Pricing MTOs and performing cost analysis.
• Applying labor units to MTOs.
• Review of completed MTOs with estimating group.
• Work closely with project management and project development teams.
• Participate in preliminary bid meetings.
  
  
  

Experience:

• Construction management or electrical engineering degree. Some knowledge of electrical and instrumentation construction is a plus. Candidates in their last semester of one of the above degree programs will also be considered.
  
  
  

OR

• 2-5 years of field experience in industrial electrical and instrumentation construction and/or maintenance working as an electrical apprentice.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
