What you will do in this role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and editing professional collateral that is consistent with the Atticus brand. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to design and edit print and digital graphics including website images, product images, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and more. This position will also be responsible for ongoing production edits to ensure collateral is up to date. This role will report to the Creative Director.

What you will do in this role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and editing professional collateral that is consistent with the Atticus brand. You will collaborate closely with the communications team to design and edit print and digital graphics including website images, product images, presentations, social media graphics, signage, and more. This position will also be responsible for ongoing production edits to ensure collateral is up to date. This role will report to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with communications team to design and edit marketing collateral while ensuring branding is consistent across all channels
- Create visual text and imagery concepts to communicate the Atticus brand and inspire, inform, or captivate internal and external audiences
- Design PPT and letterhead templates as well as internal email headers that convey the Atticus brand and core values
- Create digital assets for electronic applications including trade show signage, social media, and websites
- Layout product sell sheets to meet design standards and uphold brand accuracy
- Layout print and digital ads to meet design standards and uphold brand accuracy
- Create vector graphics and icons as needed for presentations and project assets
- Execute routine updates to maintain collateral and presentation files
- Polish presentation decks by improving layout and supporting graphics where needed
- Responsible for Atticus Studio including container photography, SuCitta Warrior photography, and voice recordings
- Provide image retouching, product renderings, and image manipulation
- Prepare final files based on supplied specifications from media or business partners
- Follow production schedule to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field and 3+ years of experience in graphic design or related role
- Solid knowledge of printing processes and adept Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office skills
- Strong design eye and understanding of color schemes, fonts, and shapes that create a professional design
- Organizational skills with superior attention to detail
- Must have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong initiative and sense of urgency
- Must possess effective and proactive communication skills
