- Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt international campaigns for the U.S. market.
- Help maintain and grow our U.S. social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) by creating and scheduling engaging posts that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Help develop compelling content for a variety of audiences, including blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Monitor, track, and document content performance, and analyze data to determine the impact on revenue.
- Measure the efficacy of our SEO program and ultimately increase organic web traffic.
- Assist with organizing and attending events such as trade shows, meetups, and conferences to represent the brand.
- Partner with the global Design team to ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity.
- Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Assist with administration tasks that include but are not limited to: ordering and maintaining inventory of swag, shipping, printing, updating and maintaining marketing documentation, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Strong skills in social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and an eye for creating engaging content that resonates with different audiences. Portfolio showcasing B2B content (webpages, landing pages, SEO-driven content, etc.) samples required.
- Demonstrated success with growing traffic and driving revenue through content marketing.
- Excellent writing/editing skills for crafting blog posts, captions, emails, and other content pieces.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills—you never miss a deadline!
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments (especially Sales).
- Familiarity with tools like website content management systems and email marketing platforms is a plus (e.g., WordPress, MailChimp, Pardot).
- Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva and/or Figma is a plus.
- You have a valid passport and preferably over 21 years of age.
- Ability to travel 10% of your time. This does include foreign and domestic travel.
- You are flexible and thrive in a hybrid environment.
- Located in Denver, Colorado
- You will earn an annual salary of $65,000-$70,000.
