Job Responsibilities
- Provide on-site IT support and resolve technical issues.
- Support Windows servers, networking, virtualization, and Cisco systems.
- Act as an escalation point for helpdesk issues.
- Assist with server installations, software deployments, and backups.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software problems.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, MacOS, and mobile devices.
- 3-4 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with Cisco devices, VoIP, and troubleshooting IT systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Pay: We negotiate high salaries using U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
