We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of seamless, user-centered experiences across both web and mobile platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and senior designers—to help shape the visual and interactive aspects of our digital products.

What You Are Good At
- User-Centered Design Thinking: Ability to design with empathy by understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points to create intuitive and accessible interfaces.
- Prototyping and Visual Design Execution: Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that translate ideas into polished, responsive designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and refine designs through iterative processes.
- Design System Literacy: Understanding and contributing to design systems by creating reusable components and staying current with industry trends and tools.
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that reflect a strong understanding of user needs and behaviors across web and mobile experiences.
- Translate design concepts into polished UI elements that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Contribute to responsive and adaptive design efforts, ensuring seamless user experiences across various screen sizes and devices.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Participate in user research activities, including usability testing and feedback analysis, to inform design decisions for both web and mobile use cases.
- Support the maintenance and evolution of design systems by creating reusable components and documenting design patterns.
- Build interactive prototypes and assist in testing sessions to validate design assumptions and improve user experience.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices across both web and mobile platforms.
- Bachelor s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, including internships or academic projects.
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, user-centered thinking, and final UI/UX work across both web and mobile platforms.
