In addition, you should possess the following skills, knowledge, and abilities: - Planning, designing, and delivering training - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong supervisory and analytical skills - Collaborative problem-solving abilities Previous work experience of at least eight years in housekeeping and facilities equipment management is required. Additionally, you should have a minimum of five years of management experience or a combination of a college degree and relevant experience Please note that this position requires physical capabilities such as performing custodial activities, working in confined spaces, and working at heights The following licenses/certifications are required upon hiring: First Class Boilers with a chief boilers license within three years, CPO within one year, and EPA underground tank certification (preferred) within one year The salary range for this position is $90,433 - $102,462, as outlined in the Management Personnel I-M Agreement.
