Birt’s/Program Meals- Kitchen Utility Aide/Dishwasher $15.00 per hour.

Location: Surprise, AZ.

MUST BE ABLE TO CONSISTENTLY WORK 9 am-2;30 pm MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (No evenings/No Weekends)

Minimum of 2 years current or recent culinary experience required.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining kitchen and storage areas in a clean, safe and sanitary manner; restocking and receiving items from vendors; makes sure dishes are washed according to safety guidelines.
• Under the direction of Food & Beverage Manager assisting with preparing foods in accordance with specified recipes and procedures.
• Assuring that foods are of a high quality meeting standards of portion, doneness, freshness, and presentation.
• This position may also need to aid the team over weekends and possibly holidays, in such rare cases they would be notified prior.
  
  

What qualifications do you need?

• Able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Peoria/Sun City/Surprise, AZ area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance).
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years culinary experience required.
• Food Handler’s Certification and Minimum 2 years culinary experience.
