As a Land Development Manager with Ryan Homes, an NVR company, you will be responsible for daily land development management, including monitoring the Community Land Use Approvals and Development Improvements for all communities NVR has under contract, as well as assisting in expediting the process for communities opening for sales.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist the division and NVR developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process
  • Provide potential solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates and ensure minimal slippage of the lots available for sale
  • Participate in feasibility studies
  • Maintain a written status of each community approval and improvement level which has been verified through the developer
  • Identify issues and potential delays in a timely manner


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, degree in Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in Land Development
