JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN A & R LEAD COORDINATOR!
The A&R Lead Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of office functions, navigating, and delegating responsibilities throughout the shift. Triaging most challenges that arise within the department. Coordinates admissions and initiates the Admission process with the Admissions Clerk. The A&R Lead provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Referral.
Your Experience Matters What We’re Looking For
Education: LPN, Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a human relations field.
Experience: Two or more years experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting with supervisory experience. A minimum of one (1) year experience in a psychiatric hospital setting, including customer contact.
Licensure: Licensed to practice in the State of Georgia as an RN or master’s level social worker or counselor (preferred)
Additional Requirements: A working knowledge of the DSM-IVR and the Mental Status Exam. A working knowledge of the Addiction and Recovery field.
