What You Will Be Doing

Your Mission as Our L&D Manager:

  • Architect and deliver world-class training programs that transform our Guides into exceptional learning facilitators
  • Craft comprehensive Guide Playbooks that become the blueprint for educational excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement through strategic coaching and actionable feedback
  • Lead by example as you mentor a select group of students, showcasing the gold standard in coaching and motivation

Learning And Development Manager Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to build and nurture a team of exceptional Guides who will masterfully implement the Alpha system, setting new standards in educational excellence and student achievement.

Basic Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field that fuels your passion for education
  • 5+ years of proven success in education, L&D, coaching, or related fields
  • A track record of creating and implementing groundbreaking educational initiatives
  • Natural leadership abilities that inspire and elevate team performance
  • Meaningful experience working with students aged 5-18
  • Sharp analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Commitment to working on-site at either our Austin, TX or Little Rock, AR campus
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
