We're on the lookout for a full-time, Learning and Performance Specialist to join our team in one of the onsite home office campuses; League City, Texas, Springfield, Missouri, or Glenmont, New York. In this role, you'll be key in designing, implementing, and managing programs that boost employee skills, performance, and career growth. You'll focus on learning and development, performance management, and talent management to keep our workforce competitive and engaged. You'll also analyze program effectiveness, spot opportunities for improvement, and help implement those improvements.

What You'll Do
Performance and Talent Management Support:
- Help with performance and talent management programs, including performance reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
- Execute strategies, manage content platforms, and create user communications.
- Analyze and translate talent management data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Advise senior leaders on individual development best practices and facilitate career mapping for high-potential employees, emerging leaders, and established leaders.
- Work with HR and leadership to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
- Assist in designing, curating, and delivering leadership, management, and people development programs, including courses, workshops, in-person and virtual facilitation, and eLearning trainings.
- Coordinate data collection to measure the effectiveness of current programs and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Develop project plans and timelines, and monitor the progress of talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, development planning, and learning programs.
- Work closely with the organization’s leadership, business, and HR teams.
- Serve as a backup for corporate learning programs, including tuition reimbursement, insurance education, and other resources.
- Manage related vendors, learning systems, and content authoring tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of learning, performance management, and talent management practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools (e.g., Teams, Rise, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with Dayforce HCM is a plus.
- Certifications in DDI solutions (e.g., Certified Facilitator, Leadership Mirror) are a plus.
