We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a 320-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Sign-on bonuses range from $1500 to $2500, depending on shift, including weekends and evenings.
- Full-time shifts available in evenings, nights, and weekends, with a base pay of $32.24-$41 per hour plus a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, paid family leave, disability, pension, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and employee recognition programs.
- Responsibilities involve providing nursing care, assessing and documenting resident progress, administering medications, monitoring supplies, and participating in quality improvement activities.
- Requirements include NY LPN license, CPR certification, at least one year of skilled nursing experience preferred, and effective communication skills.
- Must be able to work in person in Jamaica, NY, and willing to relocate before starting.
