Job Summary
- Seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/LVN with EKG experience to join the outpatient clinical team
- Supports physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering quality patient care
- Ideal candidate will have recent experience in outpatient settings such as urgent care or family medicine
- EPIC EMR experience is preferred
- Perform EKGs and assist with other diagnostic procedures as needed
- Take vital signs, document patient histories, and prepare patients for examinations
- Administer medications and injections as directed by providers
- Assist with in-office procedures and ensure proper documentation
- Utilize EPIC EMR for charting and patient record management (preferred)
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for patient use
- Follow infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
- Provide patient education and support per clinical team direction
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the state of practice
- Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience (e.g., urgent care, family practice) within the past 3 years
- EKG experience is required
- Proficient in fundamental nursing skills and patient care procedures
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using EPIC EMR system
- Current and valid LPN/LVN licensure
