Work directly with Maryland's #1 loan officer. You'll be the engine behind a high-performing mortgage team — keeping loans on track, clients informed, and closings on time. If you solve problems before anyone notices them, this role is for you.


What you'll do



  • Own borrower communication from application through closing

  • Collect, review, and organize loan documentation

  • Monitor milestones and push files forward proactively

  • Coordinate with Realtors, title companies, and underwriting

  • Maintain CRM and loan management records

  • Spot and resolve issues before they delay closing


What you bring



  • 3+ years of continuous, recent LO or LOA experience (required)

  • Loan origination software experience (Arive a plus)

  • Sharp communication, organization, and follow-through

  • Lives within driving distance of Baltimore City
