Daily Volume: Estimated 3-4 patients per hour – 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift
Additional Providers/Support Staff: 5 Providers that work 9a-9p and 4 providers that work 10a-10p
EMR System(s): Epic(HealthConnect)
Lic/Certs: CA Lic | BLS |
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days
Start Date: ASAC
Duration: Ongoing (Prefer 6 month + commitment but will review 3 months with option to extend)
Shift: 10:30a-7:00p - 40 Hours weekly - Rotating coverage every other weekend with days off during week
Housing/Travel: All Inclusive
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Covid Vaccination Required with Booster
