Logistics Distribution Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Distribution Coordinator to join our team at the Pro Logistic Warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective transportation and handling of goods. You’ll collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to streamline supply chain activities.
• Monitor key warehouse functions to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory and resolve issues such as freight damage, mis-shipments, and misplaced materials.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proven experience as a Logistics Operations Specialist or similar role, preferably in the Electrical Distribution industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse environment with frequent standing and walking
• Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
• Standard 40-hour work week (Monday–Friday); occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
• Requires punctual, regular, and reliable on-site attendance
• Reimbursement for steel-toe shoes up to $150
