Knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Abilities
Must have a strong work history. Applicant must have strong communication and organization skills.
Experience, Education, And Training
Min Requirement College Education preferred, as this position can be a stepping-stone into Operations.
Physical Requirements
This position requires constant reaching forward; frequent standing, walking, head turning, bending, stooping, writing, typing and grasping. Candidate must be able to lift 75lbs, carry 55lbs, and push and pull 70lbs.
Working Environment
Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

- Process outgoing mail through a Pitney Bowes or UPS machine system.
- Sort, distribute, and collect departmental mail.
- Keep record of certified mail.
- Communicate with associates and drivers regarding cell phone plans and resolve issues.
- Communicate regularly with vendors to resolve issues.
- Data entry into Excel & the AS/400.
- Process mailroom related invoices to accounts payable department for processing.
- Review corporate cell phone expense reports for accuracy.
- Process the opening/closing of mailbox accounts and process related payroll adjustments.
- Utilize company runner van to perform offsite errands.
- Maintain and orders supplies
