Job Summary

City Brewing Company, a leading manufacturer in the beverage industry, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at our La Crosse, Wi facility. This position is responsible for supervising the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment across our campus. This position will evaluate new and existing processes, improve preventive maintenance plans, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and oversee projects and contractors.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings and facilities are maintained according to standard.
• Work within budget to prioritize and recommend facilities maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures based on manufacturers’ recommendations.
• Perform job site inspections as part of GMP (good manufacturing practices).
• Take ownership of reliability projects from start to finish.
• Develop, improve, and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Enforce OSHA, Company and Department safety and GMP policies and regulations.
• Communicate cross departmentally to coordinate plant-wide work.
• Oversee contractors on site.
• Perform supervisory duties for team of non-exempt employee
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, completed State Apprenticeship, or combination of relevant coursework and hands-on experience including supervisory responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experiencing totaling 4-8 years desirable, emphasis on plant maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task under continuously changing business priorities.
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Position calls for self-motivated, self-directed person with broad general knowledge.
