The Manager, Talent Acquisition Sourcing is responsible for proactively identifying and attracting candidates to meet Insmed’s growing hiring needs. The Sourcer will establish and cultivate networks, partnerships, and individual relationships with the intent of sourcing for both current openings and building future talent pipelines. They will demonstrate an expertise in candidate attraction and passion for technology to advise on new sourcing technology and drive sourcing innovation to find best-in-class talent for Insmed. We are open to remote or hybrid to our Bridgewater Headquarters for this role.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Leadership to create and implement proactive, innovative and technology-driven sourcing strategies
  • Provide insights and consultative advice on AI tools and automation to enhance sourcing efficiency and align with market trends
  • Manage AI/Automation sourcing vendor relationships, including demos, selection, and roll-out
  • Collect and analyze data and metrics from various technologies to summarize sourcing opportunities, results and accomplishments
  • Closely partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters to understand business objective, hiring goals, and candidate profiles
  • Proactively build and maintain large talent databases, research results, and market insights through various channels to elevate and support future searches
  • Produce engaging outreach aligned with Insmed’s brand identity that attracts passive and active talent by creatively using research, networking, complex searches, and internet platforms, including cultivating talent pools through a CRM
  • Assess applicant/candidate quality, technical capabilities and alignment to company values through candidate screens and interviews
  • Attend any relevant career or networking fairs to represent Insmed and source talent
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience of recruiting or sourcing across various business functions and levels
  • Experience with identifying candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional associations, conferences and using social media sites to identify passive job candidates
  • Experience or informed insights on new and best-in-class sourcing technology, including AI tools
  • Strong internet research skills and proficiency in Boolean searching
  • Experience screening and assessing candidates for various positions
  • Ability to develop and deliver creative and inclusive sourcing strategies
  • Experience and excitement for learning, knowledge-sharing, and elevating the sourcing function
  • Ability to create and share compelling messaging that conveys Insmed culture and values
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experience throughout sourcing and recruitment process
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness.
