What You’ll Do
Work alongside experienced engineers to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to design and improve manufacturing layouts.
Assist in process development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Gain hands-on experience with machining, assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and automation technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and design engineers.
Support the implementation of new equipment and manufacturing technologies.
Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to improve product quality and safety.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, mistake-proofing or similar methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, sheet metal fabrication, and welding.
- Experience in the electronics or emergency communications industry.
- Knowledge of automation technologies and robotic systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Hands-on experience with equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- PLC programming & troubleshooting skills.
