- Salary: $72,115 - $90,144 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:
- The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times
- You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained is performed by the Manufacturing Supervisor
- The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices
- As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team
- Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of related experience or 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 5 plus years of specific experience and 2 plus years of related supervisory experience
- Master’s Degree
