In this position...

The primary deliverable of the Global Brand Health Research Manager is the Global Brand Health Study (GBHS). This study is a quantitative brand and nameplate tracking study fielded in 15+ countries. This study collects marketing funnel and attribute data for Ford and its competitors around the world. This study is a key resource for the brand team, the local marketing teams and the product teams. Candidates for this position will need to be comfortable analyzing data and sharing the insights with the global team. This manager needs to needs to have a keen understanding of research methodology to work with the client teams and the supplier teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

In addition to the management of GBHS, this manager oversees a number of ad hoc and recontact studies related to brand and new vehicle intenders.

This manager must be a strong, confident, organized self-starter who can work autonomously managing this body of work.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Manage the fielding, analyzing and reporting of GBHS and other studies globally
  • Manage the annual bidding and negotiation of the GBHS contract
  • Work closely with regional business teams to craft questionnaires that will provide insights to inform key decisions
  • Work closely with regional business teams to interpret the survey results and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Scope and manage ad hoc and recontact research
  • Respond to budget considerations as necessary


Qualifications

You'll have...

  • 10+ Years of Market Research Experience
  • Previous Experience with Brand Research
  • Quantitative bachelor's degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Report Writing / Storytelling Skills
  • Strong Presentation Skills
