Position OverviewA Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in implementing and executing strategies to promote the company’s services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about marketing in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content
Support campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists
Coordinate with designers, writers, and external vendors as needed
Help manage promotional events, trade shows, and internal initiatives
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred)
1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics)
