We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to execute campaigns with efficiency and creativity.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Coordinate promotional activities and events
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights
- Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance
- Support the creation of marketing materials (flyers, presentations, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Manage databases and maintain organized marketing files
**Qualifications**
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in a marketing support role preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with CRM and basic design tools is a plus
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a fast learner
