Position Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can drive execution across a broad range of marketing initiatives, including event coordination, social media, CRM management, campaign execution, and marketing automation. Position Summary
We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can drive execution across a broad range of marketing initiatives, including event coordination, social media, CRM management, campaign execution, and marketing automation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Automation
- Build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot and other tools.
- Manage email marketing calendars and audience segmentation.
- Support lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle automation flows.
- Maintain and improve marketing data quality in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Align closely with Sales and ISRs to support campaign follow-up and pipeline development.
- Create and maintain campaign dashboards and lead reports.
- Plan and execute company events including webinars, trade shows, customer dinners, and sponsored events.
- Coordinate logistics (venues, shipping, invites, swag, booth builds, etc.).
- Work with Sales to drive attendance and post-event engagement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, landing pages).
- Support content publishing and SEO updates on the website.
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed.
- 2â??4 years of experience in a broad marketing role, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification a plus) and Salesforce.
- Proven track record in event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows and lead funnel reporting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter who thrives in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience working with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
- Skills in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
- Experience supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
- Valid passport & driver's license with no infractions that would limit ability to travel
