Main responsibility of the Marketing Intern is the design, creation, and delivery of marketing communication programs to support revenue growth for Pioneer Metal Finishing. Supplemental activities include utilizing Pioneer’s marketing software resources to enhance our go-to-market strategy and managing website updates and enhancements.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch digital content, including specialized emails, email drip campaigns, and website landing pages.
  • Support development of branded marketing communications, including company brochures, sell sheets, technical bulletins, spec sheets, etc.
  • Support coordinate incoming lead scoring and assignments.
  • Assist with marketing communication strategies and planning. Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including email, SEO, and tradeshows.
  • Utilize Pioneer marketing tools to support enhanced marketing activities, including BrightEdge SEO, Google Analytics, ZoomInfo Lead Prospecting, ClickDimensions Digital Marketing, and Microsoft CRM.
  • Complete website updates in WordPress, utilizing 3rd party resources as necessary for complex updates.
  • Provide support for market analysis and market research efforts as needed.
  • Coordinates database and asset organization.
  • Additional projects as assigned.


Education/Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or Economics.
  • Prior experience in marketing preferred.
  • Proficient with a PC, skills with spreadsheets a plus, skills with design software a plus.
