Ready to shape how millions of customers experience AI every day? We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our subscription and lifecycle marketing team to help us drive growth for Alexa+. In this role, you'll work with channel, creative and lifecycle marketers to orchestrate marketing operations that accelerate customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and maximize lifetime value across the customer journey.
You'll serve as the central hub for our most critical marketing initiatives, architecting and implementing scalable processes that power our ambitious growth objectives. Your strategic mindset and operational excellence will transform complex, cross-functional initiatives into streamlined, high-impact marketing programs that shape the future of Alexa+.
Key job responsibilities
Your average day will be dynamic and you'll collaborate with Product Marketers, Channel Managers, Business Intelligence and peer marketing functions. We seamlessly transition from strategic planning to creative ideation to detailed execution, balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We work together and pick each other up when workloads shift, balancing our time and juggling multiple priorities. We enjoy supporting a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. - Drive end-to-end campaign workflow management across channels and lifecycle stages, ensuring excellence in execution, timely delivery, and quality control of all marketing initiatives
- Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs), documentation systems, and project management frameworks to optimize marketing operations and team efficiency
- Lead and scale the offshore Center of Excellence (CoEx), including workload planning, training programs, and quality assurance systems
- Facilitate strategic alignment through effective reviews and decision-making processes with senior leadership, and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain scalable processes for project prioritization and roadmap delivery, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Manage program resources and budgets, driving cost optimization initiatives and operational efficiency to maximize impact

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
