Master Scheduler Job Overview:

The Master Scheduler will coordinate schedules and inventories to ensure efficient and effective operation of the assigned department for facility.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Serve as the main contact for Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate across departments to align schedules and resources with customer needs.
• Analyze current and future orders to manage raw material inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontracted operations.
• Integrate sales orders and planning jobs into a master schedule.
• Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule as needed.
• Lead planning and forecasting meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise and support an Assistant Scheduler.
• Perform other related duties as required.

What You’ll Need:

• A two-year technical degree (four-year degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of business and supply chain operations
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with production planning systems - EPICOR ERP experience is highly preferred
