We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can manage both paid and organic media strategies across search, display, and social platforms. You'll work with talented teammates across the agency to build campaigns that perform—and then optimize them to perform even better.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee all aspects of search, display, and social media campaigns—including keyword research, budget planning, campaign strategy and execution, creative development (such as compelling ad copy), A/B testing, ongoing optimization, tracking and analytics, bid and budget management, and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth account analyses to uncover performance trends, generate insights, and develop actionable plans to enhance campaign results.
- Evaluate the complete user journey and provide strategic recommendations to improve landing page effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Create tailored digital marketing roadmaps aligned with client goals and growth strategies.
- Offer guidance on content strategy and implement marketing automation initiatives like email drip campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of organic media strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Assist with social media audits and provide day-to-day support for client accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and basic performance reporting.
- Provide SEO recommendations to improve on-page performance, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content structure enhancements.
- Conduct thorough market, keyword, and media research to inform proposals, planning, and strategic direction.
- Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies, evaluating new opportunities and recommending adoption where relevant.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the agency and the industry by taking on additional responsibilities and proactively identifying new ways to contribute.
- 4+ years of experience in both paid media management (search, display, and social) and organic marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing digital campaigns focused on lead generation, audience targeting, tracking, analytics, and creative strategy.
- Strong ability to structure new campaigns from the ground up or restructure existing ones for improved performance.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels including content strategy, SEO, email marketing, marketing automation, and personalization.
- Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and HubSpot.
- Demonstrated passion for digital marketing with a commitment to staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different client industries, technological environments, and budget constraints.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and contribute to shared goals.
