We're looking for full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our Mental Health Department's Collaborative Care Team in Vancouver, WA. Collaborative Care is an evidence-based model of integrated health care that treats depression and anxiety in a Primary Care setting. The social workers form close partnerships with the psychiatry and primary care providers.
The Mental Health Department consists of six psychiatrists, one pediatric psychologist, three collaborative care social workers and three long-term therapists.

Basic Requirements
- Current unrestricted license as a LMHC in WA or ability to obtain LMHC licensure
- Candidate must reside in either OR or WA to be eligible for remote work
- Minimum of one year experience in treating common mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression and substance abuse disorders
- Ability to engage patients in a short-term (3-6 months) therapeutic relationships
- Provides assessments, coordination, care planning, information and referral to community resources
- Position is starting bonus eligible
- Works in close partnership with primary care providers and the psychiatry team
- Referrals from Vancouver Clinic's primary care providers
- An average 25-30 patients seen in a week
- Flexibility with both in office and remote work
- CME allowance
