Position Purpose
Under direction of the Director, Patient Transport, individual will transport patients and visitors to destinations throughout the hospital via the mini cab (golf cart) in a safe and timely manner.

What You Will Do
- Demonstrates a commitment to consistently provide the highest quality services in a professional manner.
- Transport patients and visitors to desired locations in a timely and safe manner following proper departmental procedure.
- Contributes to the achievement of excellence following hospital and departmental guidelines.
- Position requires ability to frequently assist in the lifting of objects/individuals, perform moderately difficult manipulative, gross body and hand-eye coordination skills; and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Education: High School Diploma Required
- Customer service experience required & previous golf cart driving experience desired.
- Licensure: Valid driver’s license
- Effective organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary; ability to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner. Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills.
