Description

Job Duties: Provide guidance and instructions on priorities required on repairs and projects to all Mobile Maintenance employees, such as Diesel Technicians, PM Technicians and Mobile Maintenance assistants. Direct and assign Mobile Maintenance employees to perform inspections, repairs and preventive maintenance per scheduled intervals in all BPU PIT equipment. Ensure that all Mobile Maintenance activities and practices are performed in accordance with BPU policies and procedures. Monitor the condition and appearance of all mobile equipment and report deficiencies and Process Gaps to Management to establish new solutions. Directly report to department manager anomalies in all BPU equipment on a summarized basis. Oversee that P.M., repairs and inspections are performed in a timely manner in all BPU mobile equipment as per manufacturing requirements. Create reporting Charts to bring visibility on company KPIs. Utilize tools and methodologies to increase efficiency in our processes. Provide guidance and instructions on repairs based on approved budgets. Keep accurate inventory levels for spare parts, supplies and tooling. Keep accurate Stock Items replenishment levels. Suggest new alternatives to maximize resources and minimize costs. Control Equipment Logs

and Lease periods for all equipment. Ensure repair cost is within operating budget. Ensure the Mobile Maintenance Department follows all HSE rules and procedures. Oversee and provide directions on daily operations to all employees within Mobile Maintenance building. Approve time for all employees within Mobile Maintenance.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the position offered or a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor-related occupation. Position also requires 2 years of experience with:

  • Hydraulic, Electric, and Mechanic systems exposure, such as (Hydraulic) Cylinder repairs and hydraulic oil analysis, (Electrical) AC/DC Systems and harness troubleshooting, (Mechanical) Preventive/corrective/predictive maintenance & equipment parts sourcing with follow ups until completion;
  • Creating cost-saving reports on PM’s and repairs using computer software;
  • Conflict Resolution and Leadership;
  • Applying critical thinking to solve problems.
