• Assist in developing and expanding the provider network to align with the company’s business model and meet adequacy standards. This involves identifying key specialties and geographic areas to focus resources on, ensuring a robust and sufficient network.
• Produces and monitors weekly/monthly reports to track and monitor compliance with network adequacy requirements.
• Analyze markets, network development, and provider network research activities.
• Develop, implement, and execute network strategies focused on growth, retention, and priorities.
• Contribute to new and ongoing initiatives, including project management, data processing and analysis, and presentation development across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects, build workflows, and create scalable processes for departmental growth.
• Work across teams to communicate provider partnership strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities based on feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in provider network management or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with CMS T&D Standards and DHCS Network Adequacy Standards.
• Understanding of Managed Care and Global Risk preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience with Quest Analytics, Monday.com, CredentialStream, and Power BI.
  
  

• Our organization follows an in-person work structure where the expectation is to work in office on a weekly basis. The office is located at 9700 Flair Drive, El Monte, CA 91731.
• Occasionally required to work overtime and /or during the weekend. Must always have and maintain a reliable source of transportation.
• Our total compensation target pay range for this role is between $68,640.00 - $80,000.00. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role.
