Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. You will complete an intensive 4–8-week onboarding and clinical training program at our Temecula location, then transition seamlessly into the San Marcos clinic for its grand opening. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape a brand-new practice while being fully supported by our experienced leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope Nurse Practitioner services, including history-taking, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Administer and manage functional medicine protocols (e.g., hormone replacement therapy, IV vitamin infusions, GLP-1 therapy)
• Perform aesthetic procedures under NP scope: microneedling, IPL/DPL, body contouring consultations
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, estheticians, and health coaches to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Educate and counsel patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and self-care strategies
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR and follow up on lab results, referrals, and treatment compliance
• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and continuous-quality improvement initiatives
  
  

Training & Transition Plan

• Orientation & Clinical Training (4–8 weeks, Temecula):
• Hands-on mentoring with our Medical Director and Senior NP
• Shadowing across all service lines: functional medicine consults, IV therapy, aesthetics
• EMR workflow, billing/coding best practices, and patient-education protocols
• Transition to San Marcos Grand Opening:
• Support site build-out and process refinement
• Lead pre-opening patient consultations and community outreach
• Integrate into a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care from day one
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
• Active California Nurse Practitioner license and DEA registration
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred in primary care, functional medicine, or aesthetics)
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong interpersonal skills; passion for patient education and empowerment
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new protocols, and collaborate within a growing team
