What The Nutrition Services Supervisor, Lakeshore Will Need
- BS in Institutional Foods or related degree. Equivalent employment experience considered
- Two years prior employment in a Food Service setting
- Prior supervisory experience desired
- Supervises and maintains department according to departmental and hospital policies.
- Evaluates, counsels and disciplines employees
- Oversees on-the-job training of associates to ensure proper information is given and directs monthly inservices
- Manages department's salary and non-salary expenses per departmental budget
- Coordinates catering functions
