We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist I to join our team in Torrance. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services to help individuals achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Role: Occupational Therapist I
Payrate: minimum of $55/hour
What You'll Do
Review physician referrals and medical records to develop treatment strategies.
Conduct patient evaluations to assess physical, cognitive, and emotional function.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans targeting rehabilitation goals.
Deliver therapy through exercises, ADL training, sensory-motor activities, and adaptive techniques.
Document progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Provide guidance and supervision to support staff or students as needed.
Participate in training and quality improvement activities.
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
Current California Occupational Therapist license or limited permit.
Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (ACOTE).
Valid BLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred).
Passion for helping others achieve their personal health goals
Ability to travel locally as needed for job duties.
