Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients' daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Services are delivered in a cost-effective, quality-focused, and patient-centered manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and revise treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families.
  • Provide patient education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources.
  • Assess patients’ needs, establish treatment goals, and evaluate progress in coordination with physicians.
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental policies.
  • Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, punctuality, and effective communication.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development activities.
  • Ensure safe, efficient use of equipment and adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering teamwork and positive patient experiences.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Bachelors in Occupational Therapy.
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist and BLS certification.
  • Effective communication, customer service focus, team orientation, and basic computer skills.
