About the On-Demand Role:

As an On-Demand Team Member (TM), you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those looking for a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.

Your Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by welcoming and engaging with guests
• Observe guests and tailor your approach according to their needs
• Be knowledgeable about products and services to assist guests effectively
• Thank guests for choosing Target and provide a positive shopping experience
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards
• Assist guests with various services, such as order pick-up and registry
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area and restock supplies
• Follow safety policies and procedures at all times

Additional Requirements:
