As an On-Demand Team Member, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule will depend on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who prefer a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts that work best for you. You will need to actively engage by picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts to contact you.

Regular attendance is important, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment with Target. Your communication and ability to work when our business needs you are critical in this role.

If you are offered a position as an On-Demand Team Member, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term structured training schedule to prepare you for your new role.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service. You will engage with guests, solve their concerns, and make their shopping experience effortless and enjoyable.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming experience by greeting all guests
• Listening to guests' needs and providing assistance
• Being knowledgeable about the products and services offered in the store
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
• Supporting guest services such as order pick-up and drive-up
