Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will ensure the implementation of our On Premise account standards and lead the best execution through your distributors and develop annual business plans to support long-term growth. Your main responsibilities include: communicating priorities and associated projects; developing annual business plans; setting and measuring progress against goals, monitoring sales/POS, working with Red Bull systems (e.g. Business Insights); and sharing best practices

    Develop a communication process to ensure an understanding of strategies, projects, and targets

    Ensure implementation of a tracking system to monitor progress against targets

    Share best practices across our network

    Lead the execution of our annual business plan through distributors

    Deliver a clear planning strategy and provide all necessary planning tools to support your team on resource needs, distribution, volume, investments, and goals

    Develop the annual business plans with regard to organization requirements, POS/resource needs, distribution, volume, investments, and measurements for success

    Partner with Distributor Partner Manager (DPM) and DP on annual business plan development

    Develop plans during the Monthly Plan and Review (MPR) to course correct and achieve annual business plan goals

    Maintain working knowledge of all Red Bull and distributor/branch systems

    Analyze monthly reports to find the largest areas of opportunity and use those insights to improve market conditions

    Manage all internal budgets

    Have a routine to ensure VIP program compliance and return on investment

    Present MPR monthly with DP

    Hold DPs accountable for data submission to ensure accurate information

    Maintain working knowledge of the distributor's internal systems and structure

    Understand the distributor's hierarchy and have relationships from the top down (from owner to sales representatives)

    Manage route account software communication and projects

    Lead team-based training programs to develop and support the DP sales team

    Provide individual coaching to your workforce


    Wire with responsible National On Premise Franchise groups and regional chains

    Share and enforce guidelines with regard to RBNA's inventory policy

    Provide ongoing feedback relative to DP performance against goals and indicators for success

    Develop expertise with regard to product competition and distributor/branch competition in the respective area


Your areas of knowledge and expertise

that matter most for this role:
  • 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry
  • 4+ years' experience leading teams and working with vendors
  • Distributor and Supplier experience
  • On Premise industry experience.
  • Experience managing back-end financial planning systems and budgets
  • Negotiation experience
  • Experience developing successful sales and trade marketing strategies
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
  • Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
  • Travel 30-40%
  • Permanent
