We are seeking a remote Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding and re-onboarding processes for healthcare providers and clinics submitting immunization data. The role involves coordinating with providers, verifying documents, ensuring connectivity, and maintaining data quality within our healthcare system. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are essential. Duties:

• Manage the entire onboarding and re-onboarding process for healthcare providers, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless connectivity. Most of your communication is done by email.
• Coordinate with providers, EHR vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and facilitate successful data exchange.
• Utilize data quality tools to analyze and ensure proper HL7 messaging formatting and compliance.
• Provide training, support, and continuous monitoring to guarantee successful data submission and maintenance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in project management or program implementation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on email communication.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
  
  

Hourly: $15 - $16/hr
