You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of our bright young minds enrolled in our online science and engineering courses. Through engaging virtual classrooms and personalized support, you'll guide students towards unlocking their full potential as learners and global citizens.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Learning: Lead virtual science classrooms with a focus on interactive learning experiences. Embrace our student-centered approach without the need for traditional lectures.
Support and Monitor Progress: Provide guidance and encouragement as students tackle course materials. Monitor progress closely and assist in achieving learning objectives.
Engage Through Technology: Utilize distance education tools like Moodle, video conferencing software, and email to foster meaningful interactions with students.
Provide Feedback: Grade assignments promptly and offer constructive feedback to students and their families, fostering a supportive learning environment.
Collaborate and Communicate: Maintain open communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to address any course-related concerns efficiently.
Additional Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in the relevant subject area or a related field.
Minimum of two years of teaching or tutorial experience in the subject area.
Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience teaching middle or high school students.
Familiarity with online teaching methodologies.
A Master's degree in the relevant field is strongly preferred.
Special Requirements
Access to a computer with broadband Internet is essential. Familiarity with online education technologies like Moodle, Zoom, and Microsoft 365 is advantageous.
Additional Information
Flexible work hours, including weekends and evenings, will be required based on operational needs.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and reside in areas where conducts business.
Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment background check.
All employees engaging with children in university programs must complete mandatory Child Abuse Prevention online training.
