Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled Online Proofreader to review, edit, and refine written materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and correcting grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, punctuation issues, formatting inconsistencies, and other content-related errors prior to publication or distribution.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional language skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency across various types of digital and written content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proofread and edit documents, articles, reports, and other written materials for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity.
  • Review content to ensure consistency, readability, and adherence to established style guidelines.
  • Identify and correct typographical, formatting, and structural errors.
  • Ensure all written materials meet company quality standards and editorial requirements.
  • Review final drafts before publication, submission, or distribution.
  • Identify inconsistencies and recommend appropriate revisions to improve content quality.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content remains clear, professional, and consistent.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in proofreading, editing, content review, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet established deadlines.
