SRO Instructors (LOIT)
Provide industry PWR instructors who have current training experience and qualifications. Key task assignments will include:
- Revise and deliver classroom lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.
- Revise and deliver simulator lesson plans that meet all current site training requirements.
- Develop or revise required evaluation materials as needed throughout the program, this may consist of written exam questions, JPMs, and simulator scenarios. Support the administration of evaluations per the LOIT schedule.
- Conduct student reviews and follow up meeting to meet LOOT program requirements in supporting the monitoring of candidate performance.
- Respond to any instructor feedback received from management observations conducted on sessions they supported.
