What You’ll Do

• Support Operations Research: Assist with research, verification, and imaging activities as needed.
• Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain organized records and assist in maintaining compliance with operational policies.
• Backup Courier Responsibilities: Provide backup support for the courier route between the Main Office, Operations Center, and Post Office.
• Manage Supply Orders: Perform final reviews of supply orders, process invoices, and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve Issues: Communicate effectively to resolve internal and external operational inquiries.
• Assist with Special Projects: Support various initiatives within the department, contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support a Team: Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous banking experience with an operations background preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new things and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Call center or help desk experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
• Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
• Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
